No hidden costs, only our flat fees.
Direct prices from suppliers, eliminating typical markups.

Our business model acts as a game-changer for clients looking to renovate the entire unit the most.
Let's say Alex & Sarah are first time homeowners who are getting the keys to their 4-Room BTO soon.
Their construction budget is $40k and they roughly know what style and look they'd like to go for from a collection of images via Pinterest and Instagram.
They now have 2 main options:
Approach a Main Contractor or Interior Design Firm
Source for Direct Contractors themselves
Having little to no prior experience in renovation, most homeowners may lack the technical knowledge and are the mercy of the contractors they engage - often not ending well for one or even both sides.
Now, that's not to say there aren't any good & reliable contractors out there! But searching for a suitable one for every scope of work and coordinating them all together could be a tedious & time consuming process.
What's the benefit? Here's an example.

*A full renovation scope normally consists of:
Hacking & Tiling/Flooring works
Electrical Wiring & Lighting installation
Plumbing Works & Fixtures installation
Glass & Window/Door installation or replacement
Air-conditioner installation or replacement
Painting & Partition works
Carpentry installation

Under our care and panel of trusted partners, you can have full confidence knowing your home is being expertly managed from start to finish.
Main Contractors and ID firms will commonly mark up (on average) a minimum 20% of the cost price to homeowners.
This means that if Alex & Sarah engaged someone who is able to meet their $40k budget, it would be reasonable to believe the actual cost price to be around ≈ $34k.
Budget = $40,000 (after 20% mark up)
($40,000 / 120 ) x 100 = $33,333.33 (Cost Price)
Enjoy extra savings & no mark ups.
With our flat management fee structure and following the same cost price, here's how much Alex & Sarah could save instead:
Actual Budget = $40,000
Our flat Project Management Fee for 4-Room BTO = $4,500
$34,000 (Cost Price) + $4,500 (Management Fee) = $38,500
Additional Savings :
$40,000 - $38,500 = $1,500
The additional $1,500 from their initial budget can now be relocated elsewhere - such as investing in a quality mattress or getting that sleek appliance you've been eyeing.
Do note that this was calculated based on the minimum profit margin of 20% and some places could be marking up even higher!
These extra savings in turn, scales higher the larger your budget, as our fees will remain the same in accordance to property type!
